Age 43 looking for some exercise and an outdoor challenge, I like speed and balanced movement and long for the skill to ride my skateboard with style. When I was in my early teens I used to ice skate and pulling a really long hockey glide would give me the kind of satisfaction I get now when I carve a good turn and I'm perfectly balanced. I got my first board in May 2002, a Powell mini logo and soon discovered we had some work to do getting to know one another. I met Andy (Andrew Huggins) through my wifes work and found through him a great group of friends. I'm looking forward to getting some good cruising in this summer on my new 34 longboard that I got from Lush and hope to start nailing half pipes. I'm aiming to see if I can start some of the basic miniboard tricks as well, I'll see how things go. Skating feels great when I'm out on my own or skating with friends.
